1. Welcome to First Film Fever

Welcome to First Film Fever ("FFF") — a creator-first, hands-on filmmaking community designed to help aspiring storytellers learn cinema by making real films.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of:

• Our website and digital platforms
• Any registrations, programs, workshops, bootcamps, residencies, or events
• All related services, tools, communications, and content (collectively, the "Services")

By accessing, registering, or making a payment with First Film Fever, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. About First Film Fever

First Film Fever is not a traditional film school.

We operate as a project-based filmmaking ecosystem, offering experiential learning through:

• Feature Films (Platinum)
• Web Series (Gold)
• Vertical Filmmaking / MicroDrama (Silver)
• Limited Vertical + Audio Storytelling (Bronze)

We do not guarantee:

• Employment
• OTT / theatrical release
• Awards, fame, or career outcomes

Cinema is a craft — outcomes depend on discipline, collaboration, and real-world variables.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To participate:

• You must be 18 years or older
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must meet the basic conduct, safety, and participation criteria

First Film Fever reserves the right to accept, reject, or discontinue participation at its discretion.

4. Account Responsibility & Security

If you create an account or register:

• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Sharing accounts, proxy usage, or impersonation is strictly prohibited
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

First Film Fever is not liable for losses arising from failure to secure your account.

5. Nature of Access & Use

All content, sessions, footage, materials, and experiences provided by FFF are for:

• Personal, non-commercial learning use only

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access program materials strictly for participation.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute content
• Publicly screen materials
• Record or leak sessions
• Use FFF content for commercial training or teaching

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally.

You agree not to:

• Disrupt shoots, sessions, or learning environments
• Harass, abuse, or intimidate others
• Misuse equipment or locations
• Record or share confidential information
• Upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content

Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.

7. Payments, Fees & Taxes

• All fees are payable in INR
• 18% GST applies as per Indian law
• Registration fees are non-refundable
• Program fees are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy

Prices may change for future cohorts. Your continued participation implies acceptance.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. FFF does not store card or UPI details.

8. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All scripts, footage, edits, BTS, raw files, formats, and materials created during FFF programs belong exclusively to First Film Fever, unless stated otherwise in writing.

Participants:

• Do not own the IP
• May receive credits or portfolio access depending on tier
• May not commercially exploit content without written permission

By participating, you grant FFF a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your contributions for production, promotion, distribution, and archival purposes.

9. Credits & Recognition

Credits:

• Are not guaranteed
• Depend on tier, contribution, discipline, and project needs
• Are final at the discretion of First Film Fever

Silver and Bronze tiers may not receive on-screen credits.

10. Modifications to Services

FFF may:

• Modify schedules, locations, formats, or mentors
• Pause or discontinue parts of a program

Such changes do not entitle participants to refunds as long as the program continues.

11. Third-Party Links & Platforms

Our Services may link to third-party platforms.

FFF is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or reliability.

Your interactions with third parties are at your own risk.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

FFF makes no warranties regarding:

• Career outcomes
• Commercial success
• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation

Your participation is at your own discretion and risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Film Fever shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of opportunity, income, or reputation
• Personal travel or accommodation costs

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding six (6) months.

14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

In the event of a dispute:

• Parties shall first attempt resolution through mutual discussion
• Failing which, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India

Class-action claims are waived to the extent permitted by law.

15. Termination

FFF may suspend or terminate access:

• For violations of these Terms
• For misconduct or safety breaches
• For non-payment or fraudulent activity

Termination may occur without prior notice and without refund.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Revised versions will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.

Continued use implies acceptance.
